Liliane Demont
A dedicated servant of Halone, this clergywoman carries with her a calm that often borders on lethargy. Despite this, she doesn't lack for enthusiasm about her faith and work, and is happy to offer her guidance when and where she can.Liliane has recently taken up residence at the First Dicasterial Observatorium of Aetherical and Astrological Phenomena, where she serves as a chaplain and curate to the staff, stationed knights, and any weary travelers who may stop by.
About

Name: Liliane Aimeé Demont
Age: 38
Occupation: Temple Knight(Formerly), Halonic ChaplainOne might be surprised to find this calm, pleasant woman once held in her a fiery demeanor and an eagerness to throw herself into battle. So much so, that her service during the war took her often into direct contact with the Dravanians, both as a scout and front line fighter.
It was only after an injury that left her unable to so much as lift a sword that the woman was forced to retire and shift her focus to other ways she might serve the Holy See.This brought her eventually to the Scholasticate, and while her years spent studying aren't a matter of public record, anyone who knew the woman before wouldn't recognize the peaceful and patient chaplain she's become.Changed though she is, her desire to serve Ishgard and Coerthas in what ways she still can remains strong. Steadfast in her faith, she hopes to be a guiding light and sympathetic ear for those who question their own.

Info / Hooks
• In need of a sympathetic ear?
Liliane is happy to simply listen, or offer advice where it's needed or wanted. While her work may focus on the church, she's also a woman with experience enough of her own who's happy to offer advice for those seeking it.• A crisis of faith?
It's hardly a rarity in Ishgard these days, and Liliane is determined to help others keep their faith and find their strength and resolve in the Fury. Despite her position as a Halonic chaplain, however, she does also seem open to offering this same help where the rest of the Twelve are concerned, and seems well versed in more than just Halone's lessons.• Old comrades?
Ser Demont was a force to be reckoned with during the Dragonsong, and those that served with her may well remember the fiery and ferocious knight.• A member of the clergy?
Having recently branched out from her position at Saint Reymanaud's Cathedral, Liliane is eager to make more acquaintances among members of the church and Tribunal.• A new friend?
At the end of the day, Liliane is happy to simply make new friends and acquaintances, without worry of their faith or beliefs. Ishgard enters a new chapter, and she certainly doesn't seem intent on clinging to darker days.
Out of Character
Most FF friends call me Molly, since she is my main, but I also go by Nodgarb on discord and other places.
I love to be involved in helping others facilitate their character arcs and stories. I usually don't have any super deep arcs going on with my characters, but am happy to help shine the spotlight on yours.
If you have an idea for for an RP you'd like to involve my character in, feel free to let me know! It's pretty hard to get me annoyed or upset, and my personal RP courtesy kind of rules are pretty similar to a lot of people:• IC isn't OOC - Good RP and storytelling needs a little conflict, but that doesn't mean I have anything personal against you or your characters.• Talk to me! - If anything said either IC or OOC ever makes you uncomfortable or upset, please don't hesitate to tell me! At the end of the day, I just want everyone involved to have fun.• ERP/Romance - I have nothing against ERP, but it's not really for me. In the same vein, I'd rather not force a romance between characters.• Dark themes/Mature RP - For the most part I have no qualms with darker subject matter in RP, but characters suffering excessively isn't really my cup of tea, and I'll do my best to let you know if something has gotten uncomfortable for me.• Lore - I do my best to stick to established lore, but as someone who learned most of it through RP myself, I understand it's a lot to keep track of and sometimes it's easier to bend things here and there.
